Shipping Policy

Inside the Continental United States
For orders shipped inside the continental United States, standard shipping charges are as follows:

• $2.25 minimum shipping charge on orders up to $24.95
• 9% of order subtotal on orders over $24.95

Canada
For orders shipped to Canada, please note that the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders delivered to countries outside of the United States.The following shipping charges apply:

• $20 minimum shipping charge on orders up to $100
• 20 percent of order subtotal for orders over $100

Canadian customers, please consider purchasing from one of our authorized Canadian resellers to minimize your shipping expense.

Countries Outside the United States and Canada
Some countries impose additional duties and taxes when packages cross their borders. It is not possible for us to estimate these extra charges. Please check the laws of your country for importing products from the United States.

Special arrangements must be made for orders outside the United States and Canada.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our materials, please call our Publications Customer Service Department at 877.664.2230 between 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. You may return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
